Nayeli Garci-Crespo

I’m an Internal Family Systems-trained somatic coach and Havening Techniques practitioner, as well as a certified Realization Process meditation and embodiment teacher. I love coaching because I much prefer non-patholigizing, non-diagnosing approaches to wellness and personal realization. I truly believe we each have everything we need to heal and thrive already within ourselves, and my job as a coach is only to witness and accompany the unfolding of your own unique and intelligent inner process.

Being a highly sensitive person (Sensory Processing Sensitivity) and neurodivergent/neurocomplex, I’m especially drawn to working with others who are wired a little differently and need extra support to prevent burnout, set boundaries, or simply lead a more satisfying life. I’m also very invested in creating safe spaces for anyone who feels they “fall between the cracks” in their identity, and many of my clients identify as women or LBGTQIA+.

I am happy to provide Havening sessions in either English or Spanish (or Spanglish!), and am currently located in Mexico City, where I am founder and member of a small binational arts laboratory and artist/therapist/practitioner collective, Feral Flow Lab.
